We are seeking someone who will be able to take us to another level even as a smaller firm ~ We realize proper and timely service to our clients hinges on the smooth operation of all the unseen, yet vitally important, behind the scenes aspects of our firm.
Your role will be to provide top level service as a senior architect responsible for guiding projects from concept through completion while ensuring alignment with the firm’s mission, design excellence standards, and client goals. This role combines visionary design leadership with hands-on project oversight, team mentorship, and operational execution.
Leading a team of designers, and drafters, this position fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will oversee design quality, technical coordination, and project performance—managing schedules, budgets, and consultant relationships to ensure exceptional outcomes. This position plays a critical role in shaping both the built environment and the growth of the firm by integrating creativity, strategic thinking, and operational discipline.

Responsibility:
• Lead the design and delivery of architectural projects.
• Develop and maintain design standards and best practices.
• Assist in team hiring, oversee team development, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure seamless delivery.
• Address client feedback and implement solutions for improvement.
• Ensure project compliance with regulations through QA/QC review processes.
• Manage budgets and schedules in collaboration with project managers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10 years of professional experience
• Licensed Architect
• Proficiency in Revit and other design tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Creative and technical design skills
• Creative problem solver
