This position will primarily support low-rise multifamily developments (3–5 stories) throughout Florida, Southeast and Central Florida each typically ranging from $40M to $60M in project value. About the Position
The Project Manager / Owner’s Representative will serve as the owner’s on-site advocate and project leader, to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The company partners with third-party general contractors to build their developments, and this role will act as the daily eyes and ears for the ownership team, protecting the company’s investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals.
Key responsibilities include oversight across preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution, while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants.
This role will focus on ground-up multifamily residential projects ranging from 160–200 units, with attractive design and finish levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up multifamily residential construction
- Experience working with developers, ownership groups, or as an owner’s representative is strongly preferred from either the general contractor or owner/developer side.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required
Location
- Must be local to or within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
- Ability to visit job sites throughout Southeast Florida and Central Florida
