Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and developing learning materials for face-to face, e-learning, and blended learning environments based on your knowledge of best practices and adult learning theory. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical, analytical, and project management skills to partner with internal and external clients to develop engaging and relevant content.
- Develop various training deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, learning activities, assignments, assessments, eLearning courses, instructional videos, one-page job aids, etc.
- Create instructor lesson plans, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
- Able to observe/analyze training programs and processes for outcomes and feedback.
- Edit and proofread materials for grammar, format, style, accuracy, and consistency per established quality control checklists and brand guidelines.
- Create graphics and other visuals for training materials
- Work in partnership and foster collaboration with other members within the firm to complete, maintain, and enhance training projects.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant post-graduate experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and various content authoring tools (including leveraging the use of sound AI prompts) used by the Instructional Design Team
- Effectively balance time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment
- Domestic travel up to 5%
