Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Event Registration & Sourcing Specialist to join our business team in the Dallas, Texas (TX) office. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices using Cvent.\
- Develop and manage event web and registration sites, surveys, and reporting tools
- Source meeting and event venues; support contract review and execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with Cvent (Events, Attendee Hub, Surveys, Supplier Network)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-focused, collaborative, and proactive approach
