Specialist - Bakery-Admin

Kimco Staffing is seeking a Specialist Administrator for a manufacturing company near the Ontario, CA  Airport.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong office operations and administrative experience.

Pay: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Ontario, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Position Summary

The Specialist, Bakery Admin provides administrative and operational support to the Bakery Director and cross-functional teams. This role manages front desk operations, production and inventory administration, SAP transactions, training coordination, and general office support to ensure efficient day-to-day bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and callers; manage front desk and phone coverage.
• Support applicant check-in and visitor registration, including HACCP/GMP documentation.
• Order office and operational supplies through SAP/Ariba and monitor inventory.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments (UPS/USPS).
• Schedule conference rooms and conference calls.
• Code invoices and submit to Accounts Payable.
• Maintain organized common areas, including kitchen, lobby, and conference rooms.
• Manage SAP consumption, production process orders, freezer inventory, and production reporting.
• Update and maintain TCI Loading Docks spreadsheet.
• Support FA02 orders by entering downtime, cleaning hours, and dough scrap transactions.
• Coordinate and administer the Alchemy training program.
• Provide backup support to the Production Coordinator as needed.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of administrative or operations support experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) preferred.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and data entry.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
