Lead Line Operator
Location: Fullerton, CA
Hours: 7am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE
The Lead Line Operator is responsible for overseeing and operating food production lines to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company quality and food safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of production processes within a food manufacturing environment.

Duties:
- Will adhere to HACCP and filter out all final products
- Adhere to pre-requisite programs such as: sanitation, GMP, traceability, allergens, etc.
- Follow formula instructions and recipes
- Report equipment issues, food safety issues or incidents
- Must have at least 2 years of Line Operating experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Understand and follow all GMP's
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work well independently or as part of a team
