Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain borrower and loan data within our mortgage system
- Prepare, send, and track disclosures and other borrower-related documents
- Maintain and update internal reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with internal departments and external clients via email
- Support the funding and operations workflow to ensure timely and compliant processing
- Assist with general administrative and data entry tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous administrative, operations, or data entry experience
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Basic mortgage industry knowledge
- Experience in funding, post-closing, or loan operations
- Familiarity with mortgage platforms such as Encompass
