CNC Machinist

Our client is a well established and reputable Electronic Manufacturer. They are currently hiring and seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for their North Orange County location. 

Position: CNC Machinist 
Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Location: Anaheim
Pay: $30.00 - 35.00 p/h, DOE

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CNC Machine Operator setting up 3 axis HAAS Milling machines preferred.
2. Experience with the set up and operation of Lathes and Conventional Milling machines a plus.
3. Ability to read electro-mechanical component and assembly drawings, layouts and hand sketches or charts to determine material needed, sequence of operations, and dimensions and tooling required.
4. Experience with CNC programming and welding (TIG/MIG/ARC/Oxyacetylene) a plus.
5. Expertise on sheet metal fabrication processes, and must be hands-on and able to operate grinders, punches, drill presses, press brake, band saws and other machine shop equipment a plus.
6. Ability to lift metal and plastic stock manual and position/securing it in the machine as required.
7. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
8. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
9. Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
