Blending Operator
Location: Fullerton, CA
Hours: 5am to 1:30 pm OR 7am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday plus OT as needed. 
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, DOE

Overview
Will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial blending equipment to mix food-grade color batches, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a food manufacturing environment, a strong focus on safety and quality control, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:

• Prepare and operate blend batches by weighing and verifying ingredients, load materials into blender and monitor blending cycles and take samples for quality control.
• Adhere to pre-requisite programs such as: sanitation, GMP, traceability, allergens, etc. 
• Follow formula instructions and recipes
• Perform minor adjustments on equipment and troubleshoot blending equipment
• Report equipment issues, food safety issues or incidents

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of blending experience in a food manufacturing facility
• Understand and follow all GMP's
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work well independently or as part of a team
• Pass prem-employment background and drug test
