Position Tittle: Assembly Lead
Working Hours: 6 AM to 4:30 PM (OT as Needed)
Working Days: Monday-Thursday (4/10 Alternative Work Schedule)
Pay Rate: $23/Hr. to $24/Hr. (DOE)
Summary: Plans, directs, coordinates, and controls activities of workers engaged in assembling parts or assemblies into units.
Position Description:
-2 to 3 years of Lead/Supervisory experience
-Electronic Assembly Background REQUIRED
-High School Diploma or GED Desired

- Create travelers for products on production schedule
- Confirm that necessary production material is available to complete production schedule
- Work with Quality Assurance to make sure that input and output meets specifications
- Assist with team to complete planned production schedule
- Enforce all safety rules and regulations
- Attend all department/company required trainings
- Other duties may be assigned
