Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay: $19/hr

Location: Las Vegas, NV

What You’ll Do

• Answer client calls & emails
• Support with orders, shipments & services
• Work with internal teams to resolve inquiries
• Deliver excellent customer service daily

What We’re Looking For

Customer service specifically within a warehouse or logistics setting.

Looking For Someone Who

• Understands warehouse systems and processes, not just how to talk to customers.
• Knows how to handle shipping documents like Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips.
• Has experience updating warehouse management systems (WMS) and using transportation management systems (TMS).
• Can coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers, and track inventory details.
  
  

Ideal candidate: Someone who knows both the office/customer side and the operations/logistics side of warehouse work — someone who has done the “behind-the-scenes” coordination, not just the front-end customer support.
