Shift Hours: M - 9AM-7PM, T-F - 8:30AM-5:30PM

Job Duties for LPN:
- 2 years' of experience
- Complete patient in-take, vitals, and Phlebotomy duties/blood draws
- NY LPN License is required
- High School Diploma is required
- Employment Authorization to work in the United States is required (the company does not provide Visa Sponsorship for this position)Referral Bonus:
