Entry Level - Machine Operators /Machinist– Immediate Openings

Position: Entry Level Machinist
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $21–$24 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Huntington Beach facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented machinist who takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency.

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to job specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions

• Load programs, set tool offsets, and make minor program adjustments as needed

• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Identify and communicate production or quality issues to supervision

• Accurately complete production and inspection documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety policies and quality procedures

  Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and G-code fundamentals

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments

  • Experience machining materials such as aluminum, steel, and other alloys

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Preferred Qualifications

    • CNC setup experience

    • Experience with multi-axis machines

    • Technical or vocational training in machining or manufacturing
