CNC Machine Technician - 2nd shift

CNC Machine Technician, Level II & III  (2^nd Shift)


A growing aerospace manufacturing company is hiring experienced CNC Machine Technicians who want long-term stability, a strong team environment, and the opportunity to grow with a respected family-owned organization. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values skilled machinists, quality workmanship, and dependable employees.

Location:  Yucaipa, CA
Pay:  $27.00 – $33.00 / HR DOE
Schedule:  Monday – Friday
Shift:  2:30 pm – 11:00 pm / 3:00 pm –11:30 pm


What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Perform machining operations on metal and plastic components
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and specifications
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting delivery timelines
• Troubleshoot machining and setup issues as needed
  What We’re Looking For
  • 5 years of CNC machining experience
  • Setup experience required
  • Swiss machine experience highly preferred
  • Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation
  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
    Requirements
