This internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, with flexible start and end dates. Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $20 an hour.

Responsibilities
- Lease / Document Research - exposure to the underlying documents and how to navigate them as well as extract valuable information.
- Lease Analysis - including recovery modeling, valuation of lease cash flow and comparative assessment
- Excel-based reporting - compiling and formatting of various excel-based deliverables requiring coordination of multiple parties' inputs
- Market Research - to include comp surveys, demographic assessment, retailer void analysis, etc.
- Data Storage Optimization and Organization - standardization and organization of the teams digital information storage
- Transaction Assistance - ad hoc assistance to subregional directors on various transactions including assignments, rental relief, financial amendment and otherwise.
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a business oriented major, preferably with a focus in real estate
- Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems
