Leverage strong multi-craft expertise with hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and process systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues, including process-related systems and pneumatics. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED, High School equivalency. 3 years of hands-on multi-craft experience (mechanical, electrical, process) with an electrical emphasis (OR) a two- year technical school degree with an electrical emphasis, or qualified Technical Certificate with an electrical emphasis. Must have experience and be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following: Computer Troubleshooting, Digital Electronics, Control Systems, Multi-meter Testing, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Variable Speed Drives (AC & DC), reading and using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings. Be a role model for all Safety Requirements including Electrical Safe Working Practices, Hazard Recognition, Quality Requirements and strict gowning, hygiene and PPE. Ability to work in a physically challenging environment and be exposed to dust and mist (PPE provided). Ascend and descend stairs, ladder and ramps. Bend, reach, push, pull, lift up to 40lbs each hour, work at high elevations. Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour fixed shifts (day or night), including overtime, weekends and holidays. Can pass a pre-employment assessment, pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) drug background screening. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of hands-on Industrial multi-craft experience (mechanical, electrical, process) Experience working with high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment Experience working in an FDA regulated facility Lean manufacturing environment experience.
