In this role you will: Safely operate high speed manufacturing equipment and perform some general warehouse or material handling responsibilities Interact with manufacturing and or packaging equipment to conduct troubleshooting activities and perform basic adjustments and/or repairs Communicate with peers, leaders, vendors and contractors effectively Maintain accurate and complete production information including quality, operations performance and waste About Us Huggies®. As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. You also… Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate Have 3 years of continuous work experience or equivalent military training / education Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug background screening Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) Can work in job areas that may experience extremes of temperatures Are able to learn to drive industrial tractors/forklift/paddle/clamps Will use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately and wear PPE while performing tasks Are able to work in environments with high and/or varying temperatures and industrial noise Will use basic hand tools, computers and operate power operated equipment Are able to ascend and descend stairs/ladders/ramps Can lift 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications: 1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment for consumer goods Total Benefits Our manufacturing employees are some of our most important workers, our most loyal fans, and our favorite people, so we take care of them really well.
