Job Summary
KIMBERLY C is a leading women's athleisure brand based in Los Angeles, CA. KIMBERLY C is wholesale only and sells to retailers across the US.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be the central contact for all in-bound customer service needs, being able to properly decipher what the need is and utilize the resources available to problem solve and address the need. We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in fast-paced environments and is eager to provide first-in-class customer service.
The Customer Success Specialist will also be responsible for processing and shipping all customer orders received from online sales and trade show sales.
Responsibilities
- Service all in-bound calls and emails from customers, diagnose and problem-solve any issues.
- Process and ship orders from online sales and trade shows
- Lead the coordination of order processing with multiple team members
- Process and oversee returns
- Send out new styles and line sheets to customers
Requirements
- 2 years experience working in women's wholesale fashion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management/project management skills
- Detail-oriented and possesses a positive mindset
- Experience and passion for fashion apparel is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 Negotiable depending on position and experience.
