Lead Carpenter/Foreman
Kimberlin construction is a family owned and operated company located in Saint Louis, MO. We are looking for a Lead Carpenter/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish
- Ensure that all safety guidelines and company policies are followed at all times
- Communicate with Project Managers to discuss any changes or issues that need to be made to improve efficiency or quality
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic construction tasks, including site prep, cleanup, and material handling
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and hammers
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free worksite by regularly removing debris and organizing materials
- Support demolition efforts and site clearing as needed
- Use wheelbarrows, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move heavy materials
- Assist in installing fences & barriers
- Measure and cut materials using basic tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
