Visitor Services Associates are responsible for the museum’s front-line customer service, including ticket sales, membership sales, audio sales, and gift certificate sales. Visitor Services Associates also work at the reception desk, information desk, and greeter locations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible work schedule depending on the museum’s needs, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
- Cash handling experience.
- Friendly and courteous customer service interactions with the visitors.
- Tessitura ticketing software experience is preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Completion of background and drug screening authorization form required.
