Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead and empower individuals within your respective team.
- Oversee quality control within your project(s).
- Manage subcontractors utilized for the job.
- Inspect, install, modify, repair, and maintain electrical systems according to applicable Oklahoma and National Electrical Codes (NEC).
- Communicate effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managers.
- Build and maintain project schedules to meet strict deadlines.
- Must have a valid Journeyman or Unlimited Electrical Contractor license from the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board (CIB).
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent communication skills for professional collaboration.
- Availability: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of local Oklahoma municipality codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50–75 lbs independently.
- Mobility: Capacity for climbing ladders, crawling in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and kneeling for extended periods.
- Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for precision work with small tools and components.
- Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for 8–12 hour shifts in varying weather or non-climate-controlled environments.
