Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced tradespeople and licensed Journeyman in the installation plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems while learning hands-on skills.
- Leverage your past employment and life experiences in supporting the coworkers around you.
- Take responsibility for ensuring safety standards are met and that jobs are completed on time.
- As you gain experience and knowledge you will mentor and lead apprentices and less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Willing to learn the installation process, code and quality standards of the trade.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they're operational and ready for use.
- For plumbing and electrical trades: attending in house apprenticeship school to work towards a Journeyman license.

- Previous experience in a management or leadership role, with the ability to direct and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead teams and interface with clients.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in a new environment.
- A strong desire to learn new trades and expand your skillset.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and handle manual labor.
