What you’ll do
- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications
- Write clean, maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and reliability
- Create technical documentation for applications and development processes
- Contribute to special projects that support innovation and operational improvements
- Build a personal development plan focused on technical and professional growth
- How software is built and maintained in a production environment
- How engineering teams collaborate and review work
- How to balance technical quality with business needs
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, C , etc.)
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and a growth mindset
