What you’ll do
- Partner with subject‑matter experts to document processes, workflows, and best practices
- Create clear, user‑friendly process documentation and job aids
- Maintain version control and ensure documentation stays accurate and up to date
- Identify opportunities to streamline or improve existing processes
- Assist with creating training materials tied to documented processes
- Work with teams across the organization to validate and refine documentation
- How processes support technology and business operations
- How to gather information from stakeholders and translate it into usable documentation
- How continuous improvement works in a real organization
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Writing, Information Science, MIS, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort working with documentation and collaboration tools
