Accountable for overseeing the HR shared services team, aligning priorities to achieve department and company objectives. Responsible for developing and overseeing processes related to HR shared services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes. Partners with leaders across the business to align HR shared services with department goals and associate needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and managing the HR shared services team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services
- Partners with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment of services provided by the HR shared services team
- Oversees the development and documentation of HR shared service functions including responding to general questions on compensation, benefits, talent development programs, and
- using the company HCM platform
- Develops and maintains HR metrics and reports to support decision-making
- Identifies areas for process improvements within HR shared services and implements improvements
- Addresses higher level questions that come into the HR shared services department, providing associates with timely information and support
- Partners with subject matter experts, HRBPs, and Business Unit Leaders to align HR priorities with objectives and integration of HR shared services
- Ensures HR compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Focuses on the enhancement of the associate experience within the organization by ensuring positive interactions within HR shared services
- Focuses on associate growth and development around HR knowledge and certifications
- Completes other tasks as assigned by the Associate Director of HR Operations
Qualifications
- A SHRM-CP certification or plan to achieve within 12 months
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources design, management and/or HRBP roles
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period
- The execution of an Employment Agreement
