As a valuable member of the Kimball Midwest Administration team, job duties will include:
- Data entry (especially numeric), speed and accuracy is a must.
- Ability to multitask utilizing organizational and prioritization skills.
- Answer phones, route calls to the appropriate person & maintain positive customer and sales rep relations.
- Accomplish general clerical and administrative support utilizing knowledge of our office procedures and systems.
- A working knowledge of Word & Excel.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Communicate and cooperate with Supervisors and Coworkers.
- Learn the warehouse management system and perform all functions within the system
- Reviews Post WMS orders from the shipping department and reviews for accuracy
- Issue return tags via the UPS website and routes appropriately
- Perform credits to invoices
- Re-issuing invoices
The ideal candidate will have:
- Clerical, data entry experience (1-2yrs.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Positive Attitude

- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
