- Life 40 pounds regularly throughout the day
- Have previous forklift experience, prior certification OR ability to be certified
- Have experience with inventory and inventory control
- Have experience with SAP, MS Office, (Outlook, Excel, Word) for completing billing for shipping
- Have experience with RF scanners and cycle counts
- Have the ability to stock, sort, and manage parts
- At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting
- Be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Have the ability to operate manual material moving equipment (pallet jack)
- Ability to follow general guidelines and meet on-time expectations and deadlines
- Ability to meet volume increase demands with good quality
- Ability to work within a team environment to meet productivity goals
- Ability to adapt to a managed change culture environment
- Ability to motivate and work effectively in a team setting
- Ability to read and follow directions
- Able to comprehend and follow processes
- Ability to identify non-conformance
- Able and willing to participate in and support a team environment
- Enjoy working within a Behavior Based Safety program environment
