The Customer Order Coordinator is proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and SAP, with strong communication skills and experience providing consultative, customer-focused technical support. This individual demonstrates a strong desire to learn new electronic ordering systems and is committed to driving continuous improvement through order management automation and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Review orders for accuracy and prepare them for entry
- Review contract eligibility for Government orders
- Enter and change orders
- Verify Group Purchasing Organization eligibility and creates LIC’s
- Process and support orders received electronically and via e-mail
- Able to utilize electronic specification tools and load orders into our eOrder portal
- Communicate with customers, both internal and external, via telephone or email to resolve questions, discrepancies, or incomplete order information
- Report all incomplete orders into Salesforce for tracking purposes and to manage workload
- Review incomplete orders in SalesForce and follow up per our order guidelines
- Support order accuracy and cycle time goals
