- Provide performance feedback and strategy for development of personnel.
- Represent the business unit's interests with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other Kimball business units.
- Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Preferred BS/BA degree
- 2 yrs. manufacturing management experience preferred or 2 yrs. experience in a supervisory role leading/managing people/processes
- Microsoft Office experience
- Possesses knowledge of our core competencies and capabilities
- Ability to train, motivate, and direct production employees
- Planning, organizing, and communication skills
- Personnel management & leadership skills
