Starting pay: $16/hr including tips

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with needs, including answering questions when applicable.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit, or digital payments with confidence
• Maintain organized displays and stock of food in the front.
• Promote products to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage stock levels through stocking, to keep the store inviting and well-stocked
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette

Experience

• Previous cashiering experience in a food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
