Key Responsibilities
- Assist with overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor labor, food costs, and inventory to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations
- Perform cash handling duties, including drawer counts and deposits
- Step in for the Manager when needed
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
