Fulfillment & Operations Associate

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:00 PM, with shifts extending to 3:30 PM depending on workload
Hours: Approximately 22.5–30 hours per week

The Role

Arvoti is a growing Montana skincare company seeking a dependable, organized, and capable person to join our operations team.

Your primary responsibility will be packing and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will also organize inventory, prepare products and packaging, and support our skincare production team.

This is a high-accountability position on a small team. We need someone who consistently arrives on time, learns quickly, pays attention to details, stays productive without constant supervision, and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, verify, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organized product inventory and shipping supplies.
• Monitor supplies and communicate restocking needs before items run out.
• Label, seal, and prepare finished skincare products.
• Receive and organize incoming inventory.
• Prepare containers and materials for production.
• Assist with inventory counts and quality-control checks.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Identify mistakes, shortages, and workflow problems promptly.
• Support additional operational needs as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written procedures accurately.
• Self-motivated and productive without constant supervision.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and taking responsibility for mistakes.
• Able to perform repetitive work without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Available Monday through Friday until 3:30 PM when workload requires it.
• Fulfillment, shipping, inventory, manufacturing, or small-business experience is preferred but not required.

• Arrive clean, well-groomed, and in clean clothing.
• Arrive free of noticeable cigarette smoke, marijuana smoke, perfume, cologne, and other strong odors.
• Report to work fit for duty and free from impairment.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, quality-control, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Limit personal phone use to breaks and urgent situations.

Compensation and Growth

• $19.00 per hour.
