What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Hand position at Kim & Andrew's Farm Market?
The requirements of a field worker are as follows:
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time
- Being able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Being able to pick up at least 75lbs
- Able to bend, lift and kneel
- Repetitive Motion
Other Job Duties: as part of your job you may be asked to do things that do not pertain to the “crops” such as
- Helping with hay
- Help pick rock
- Laying straw
- Wreath Making
- Garlic Cleaning
- Pulling plastic
- Pulling sticks
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
