Responsibilities
- Serve ice cream and other menu items with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Manage customer transactions efficiently, including cash handling and upselling additional products
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with sanitation standards
- Assist with food prep, restocking supplies, and bussing tables as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is beneficial
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
