Position: Seasonal Part-Time Shift Leader
Location: Downtown Petoskey
Pay: $18/hour plus tips
Hours: Nights and weekends availability required

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the captain of your shift, leading the team in delivering a magical Kilwins experience! Whether it’s welcoming customers, whipping up mouth-watering waffle cones, or making sure our chocolate cases look perfect, you’ll play a key role in spreading sweetness all day long.

Your Sweet Responsibilities:

• Open or close the store with confidence and a smile
• Lead your team in crafting chocolates, making fudge, and scooping ice cream
• Provide top-notch customer service by greeting every guest and sharing the Kilwins story (we’ll teach you all about it!)
• Maintain a clean, fun, and welcoming environment for customers and team members
• Handle sales transactions accurately, restock treats, and set up eye-catching displays
• Support and uplift your team, turning every shift into a fun, collaborative experience
