We're looking for a Confection Production Cook to help create the handcrafted fudge, brittles, caramel, chocolate-dipped treats, and other confections that have made Kilwins famous. No culinary degree is required—we'll teach you the Kilwins Way! All you need is a positive attitude, dependability, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
This position primarily works daytime hours and includes weekends, with occasional evening shifts based on production needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to safely operate production equipment, including traditional copper kettles.
What You'll Do
Prepare handcrafted confections using Kilwins' trusted recipes and time-honored production methods.
Cook caramel, fudge, brittles, caramel corn, and other signature products.
Safely operate production equipment, including traditional copper kettles.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
Assist with packaging, stocking, and other production tasks as needed.
Pitch in wherever needed because great teams help one another succeed.
