Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Artist to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring passion for food presentation, pastry artistry, and culinary innovation to craft visually stunning and delicious fudge, caramel corn, brittle, caramel, and dipped items. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine artistic skills with food production, contributing to a vibrant food industry environment. The Artist will develop a unique style to produce fudge, caramel corn, brittle, caramel, and dipped items that surprise and delight our customers.
Responsibilities
- Produce fudge, caramel corn, brittle, caramel, and dipped items with artistic flair, ensuring high-quality presentation to surprise and delight our customers
- Prepare ingredients and assemble baked goods according to recipes and specifications
- Package finished products attractively for retail or catering purposes
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including production, inventory, quality control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of orders
- Support catering events by creating visually appealing food displays and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Engage with customers by providing excellent customer service and brand knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in back of the house
- Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Experience in food handling, packaging, and general kitchen operations
- Background in the food industry with restaurant or catering experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of culinary techniques such as cooking, baking, and food presentation is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and creativity
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
