This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager position based in Chicago, IL. The primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing staff, creating and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Retail Store Manager will lead efforts to achieve sales goals, ensure loss prevention protocols, and deliver excellent customer service experiences while fostering a positive and productive atmosphere for the team.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain an excellent customer experience.
- Effective Communication skills for team leadership and customer interactions.
- Store Management experience, including overseeing daily operations and staff supervision.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure operational compliance and minimize shrinkage.
- Ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or retail management training is a plus.
- Experience in the food service or confectionery industry is beneficial but not required.
