Kilroy Public House is not your typical Irish bar. We’re an Irish speakeasy-style restaurant blending tradition with curiosity—serving unconventional Irish-inspired food and thoughtfully crafted drinks in a space that feels both intimate and electric.

The Role: We’re looking for bartenders who can create an experience, not just pour a drink. This is a high-touch, personality-driven environment where hospitality matters most! You’ll be working in a self-seated, service-bar-forward environment, meaning: Guests may come directly to you for service. You’ll also circulate and check in on guests throughout the space. You help set the tone of the room—energy, pacing, and connection.

What You’ll Do: Craft classic and house cocktails with consistency and care. Engage guests in a way that feels genuine, not scripted. Guide guests through our unconventional Irish-inspired menu. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and floor team. Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For: Bartending experience preferred (but personality and attitude matter most)Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine—or willingness to learn quickly. Someone who is comfortable taking initiative with guests (not waiting to be flagged down)A natural host—warm, observant, and engaging. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, non-traditional service model. Interest in Irish culture, food, or storytelling is a plus.
