Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a hands on environment
• Some HVAC experience is required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• EPA Type II Certification is a plus
• Clean driving record

Day to Day Responsibilities

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will work full time, typically 8 to 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday, with an on call rotation.

In this role, you will:

• Install heating and cooling equipment according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Install flex duct and sheet metal systems in residential homes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
