CNC Lathe Setup Machinist – 2nd Shift
Location: Fenton, Missouri
Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 p.m.–1:15 a.m.
Kilnstone Talent Solutions is recruiting a CNC Lathe Setup Machinist for a manufacturing company in Fenton, Missouri.
Hands-on, independent CNC lathe setup experience is required. This is not an operator-only position.
The person in this role will independently set up CNC lathes, troubleshoot machining issues, and make machine adjustments to support production. Experience setting up multiple types of CNC lathes is highly preferred.
Candidates with Okuma, Ganesh, Haas, or similar CNC lathe experience are especially encouraged to apply. Please clearly describe your setup responsibilities and the machine brands you have personally worked with.
Applicants must be available for the second-shift schedule and able to commute to the Fenton facility.
Compensation will be discussed based on relevant experience. Please include your desired hourly rate when applying.
