Aids staff by repairing, installing, and moving furniture, appliances, and interior design pieces to ensure a pleasing atmosphere for the coworking community. The ideal candidate would be someone in school, retired, or just looking for a side hustle, as we cannot guarantee a set amount of hours weekly. Hours will depend on maintenance tickets submitted by the community team, however, we are flexible, as most maintenance tickets do not fall under the emergency category.Major Responsibilities:Facilities MaintenancePatching and painting drywallPaint touch-upsFixing furnitureHanging whiteboardsHanging TVsFixing or installing appliancesMoving office panelsMoving office desksHanging artFixing Door LocksMoving furnitureAssist in event set up/teardownScheduled Preventative Maintenance ie.
