They will assist with after-hours events, ensuring events are going smoothly by assisting guests with any inquiries or issues.Goals and Objectives:Support the Community Management team to achieve the following:Personifies Kilns core values and strives to achieve our missionCreate a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between membersEnsure that assigned Kiln facilities are fully operational and processes are running smoothlyDrive growth and promotion of Kiln-provided service offeringsTake direction from the Community Director to support the Community Team as requiredKey Relationships:Cross-functionality between other locationsMember communicationOperationsMajor Responsibilities:Responsibility for the functionality and organization of the front desk, main lobby, storage areas, mailroom, and greater Kiln office space.Cheerful and friendly greeting of team members, Kiln members, and guestsServe as a point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and staff during eventsAssist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment, including microphones, projectors, and sound systemsEnsure a high level of customer service, addressing any guest inquiries regarding Kiln, the space, or membership optionsProvide feedback and suggestions for future event improvements based on observations and attendee feedbackParticipate in the teardown and cleanup of event spaces after the event ends and ensure all attendees have exited the buildingMay be included in special projects for operations teamIdeal Experience and Skills:Partial completion of a college degree preferred, not required.Office management or administrative experienceCustomer service or support experienceMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsDemonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, follow through and empathyPassion for entrepreneurial communitiesPassion and understanding for Kilns mission and valuesProficient in basic computer skills.
