Compensation and Benefits:

Job Summary:
Develop and implement parts stocking, inventory, and organization practices. Maintain all tractor, vehicle, and small engine parts, as well as assisting with work orders and ordering. Stay engaged and aware of continuous improvement and best practices with parts management.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop parts stocking and management programs
- Maintain inventory of essential parts
- Help develop strategies to stay within budget that do not involve skimping on preventative, routine, and reactive maintenance
- Assist in allocating parts to work orders to maximize mechanic productivity
- Coordinate with VM staff to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location
- Be proactive, document and communicate issues to appropriate personnel as established
- Perform root cause analysis on problems that arise within stocking and inventory management
- Ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs
- Assist VM manager on work orders to ensure parts needed for service and repair are readily available
- Develop, implement, and maintain an obsolete parts management program
- Help with entering work orders into Maintenance Connection or equivalent
- Ensure proper parts procedures and policies are accessible to affected staff
- Assist in creating work orders for scheduled services and reactive maintenance, including parts, procedures, and tools needed
- Work with Maintain X or equivalent to keep stock accurate
- Accomplish objectives through the use of proper purchasing procedures and inventory control
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma is required
- Valid driver's license is required
- Relevant technical experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 75lbs
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Adequate computer skills including work order input and email
- Must be flexible and able to adjust to the requirements of the resort as needed
- Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of other company personnel and outside firms
- Superior attitude, self-motivating, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
