This is a full-time, on-site Director of Admissions role at Killington Mountain School in Rutland, VT. The Director of Admissions will lead the school’s recruitment and enrollment efforts, engage with prospective student-athletes and their families, and manage the admissions process. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing enrollment strategies, conducting outreach to potential students, guiding families through the application and financial aid processes, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to promote the school’s mission and programs.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting to attract and enroll qualified student-athletes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with prospective families and effectively convey the school’s mission
- Experience in guiding families through Student Financial Aid processes
- Organizational and leadership abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful admissions strategies
- Familiarity with secondary school education and athletic programs is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree required; experience in admissions or a related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in an on-campus environment
