Following precise recipes, they prepare gourmet batter and signature caramel before loading our bestselling brownies into the ovens. What you'll do:
- Lift and handle ingredients
- Stage and weigh ingredients
- Spread brownie batter
- Create caramel
- Rack brownies coming off conveyor
- Push and pull large racks of brownies
- Operate ovens
- Promote a safe work environment and adhere to food safety practices
- Maintain high performance and commitment to quality
- Follow production instructions on Killer Brownie® recipes and other related documents
- Assist in maintaining production processes with an eye for improvement
- Assist in receiving ingredients and managing inventory

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and literacy
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing)
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 60lbs
- Able to reach, bend, pull, and push
- Able to work 10-hour shifts, starting at 5:30am, with Saturday availability
- Food safety knowledge*
