The HR Manager at KMM is a hands‑on, people‑focused leader who keeps daily HR operations running smoothly across multiple locations. You're the person who ensures employees, supervisors, and new hires get consistent, high‑quality support - and you lead the HR team that makes it all happen.

At its core, this role blends leadership, operations, and compliance in a fast‑paced aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

What You Lead

You directly supervise:

• HR Generalists

• Recruiting Specialist

• Learning Systems & Onboarding Lead

Your job is to coach, develop, and guide them so HR services stay consistent, compliant, and excellence‑driven.

What You Own Day‑to‑Day

You're responsible for the execution of HR operations - not the enterprise strategy (that's the Director's lane). Your daily work includes:

• Recruiting & hiring

• Onboarding & LMS administration

• Employee relations & investigations

• Performance management support

• Benefits education & HRIS accuracy

• Compliance execution (EEO‑1, VETS‑4212, AAP, OSHA, WSI, FMLA, FLSA)

• Audit‑ready documentation

• Cross‑functional partnership with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and IT
