What You’ll Do Every Day
- Set up and operate a multi-color flexographic printing press
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Perform minor maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and partner with maintenance when needed
- Complete job documentation and production reports
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized press area

Required Skills / Abilities
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts
- High School Diploma or GED
Shift & Pay
- Monday–Thursday, 1 pm–11 pm (paid breaks!)
- Starting wage $26, move to $27 after 90 days, and $28/hour after 6 months based on performance
