We are looking for a Contract Admin to join our team. This role works closely with project teams to ensure contracts are accurate, timely, and in compliance. This role will also support day-to-day HR functions for the group.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review routine contracts, subcontract agreements, and service contracts.
- Manage contract amendments, compliance records, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation, benefits enrollment, payroll setup, and required I-9 documents.
- Coordinate termination paperwork and required approvals.
- Support and track leaves of absence, including FMLA, Short-term and long-term disability, seasonal furloughs, and parental leave.
- Assist with employee appreciation initiatives such as holiday programs, meetings, and events. Support operational and internal communications.
