Job Description
The Missouri Kidney Program (MOKP) is a state-funded organization designed to help meet the needs of Kidney transplant patients in the state of Missouri through education, research, and financial programs. MOKP is a part of the University of Missouri System and is located in Columbia.

Kilgore's Medical Pharmacy is the contracted pharmacy for MOKP patients and provides services statewide. This position is within the MOKP division of the Pharmacy and is separate from the retail area.
Kilgore's Medical Pharmacy is looking for someone who:
- works hard as part of a team or by themselves.
- has great attention to detail.
- is friendly.
- can meet expectations for excellent customer service.
- can adapt to changes in facility needs.
- can work 40 hours a week including one Saturday a month.
- has availability until 7:00 pm on weeknights.
- has Holiday availability

Responsibilities include the following, but we expect our employees to be flexible to other tasks as well:
- Count and fill prescriptions.
- Handle the assembly of Long Term Care blister packaging (aka bubble packs).
- Answer phones calls directed to the store.
- Handle monetary transactions and assist customers in the store.
- Keeps all medications organized on shelves and check for expiration dates as needed.
- Keeps all workstations organized and clean from foreign debris while working throughout the day.
- Completes cleaning duties assigned to department.

Pay Rate:
&
Starting at $18/hr, with pay bumps available as you learn more within the pharmacy. Higher starting pay available if you have previous pharmacy experience.

Qualifications:
- No Pharmacy Technician experience is required. If you think you have what it takes, we'd love for you to apply!
- Preferred Experience: One year of customer service experience within the last six years.
- Required Education: High School or equivalent
